BACON WRAPPED SHRIMP POPPERS

Ingredients:
8 Large yellow jalapeño peppers cut in half and remove seeds.
16 Large raw shrimp (scored to lengthen)
White corn (1/2 cup of packaged frozen white corn or fresh)
Mushroom (1/2 cup chopped)
Mozzarella (1 cup)
Cream cheese (2 oz - thawed)
1 tablespoon of Jowa Jowa
1 pack (1 lb) of thin sliced bacon (around 16 slices in a pack)
Maple syrup (about 2 tablespoon to brush)

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix corn, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms and cream cheese.

2. After cutting peppers in half and removing seeds, stuff them with mixture and top with shrimp and then wrap them tight with the bacon. (Tip on wrapping bacon: Start wrapping at tip and move up)

3. Place on tray in air fryer at 400 Degrees for 15 min

4. Brush with maple syrup and air fyer at 400 Degrees for an additional 2 minutes.
