SILKEN TOFU

Sauce:
Mix all ingredients below well and top over tofu:
1 tablespoon Jowa Jowa
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 green onions diced

You’ll need:
1 package Silken Tofu (“Silken” is the best. “Soft” is okay, too.)

Cut the plastic with a knife on 2 or 3 sides. To keep tofu from falling out, place hand over tofu to drain water.
Open the plastic cover completely, place a microwave-safe plate on top of opened tofu and flip over everything together to remove tofu entirely out of the container.
Microwave for 1 minute (it can also be eaten cold). 

Top with approximately 1 tablespoon of Furikake (Rice Seasoning flavor).

Optional: add sliced carrot, cucumber and some edamame.
