KOREAN TUNA RICE BOWL

This is a 5 minute recipe you’re gonna love! You can also follow video on Facebook or Instagram.

Ingredients:
This is for 2 servings so you’ll need two individual microwave rice tubs (or make fresh rice)
1 can of tuna (drain the water)
1 Tbs Jowa Jowa
2 Tbs mayo
1 Tbs seasoning soy sauce
1.5 Tbs sesame oil
2 Tbs of furikake (1 Tbs into the mixture and more to sprinkle at the end)
2 stalks of scallions (green onions)
1 small Persian cucumber
1 small avocado
1 package of salted nori (seaweed sheets)

Directions:
1. Mix tuna, Jowa Jowa, Mayo, soy sauce, sesame oil, and furikake
2. Mix into rice.
3. Top with chopped scallions, cucumber and avocado slices
4. Sprinkle the rest of the furikake as desired
3. Place a spoonful of the above mixture on a salted nori sheet and serve!

Pro tip: add edamame and for some extra punch mix a little wasabi to the soy sauce before combining.
