JOWA JOWA UDON SALAD

Ingredients:
Jowa Jowa Korean Chili
Frozen Udon
Sesame Dressing
Balsamic Vinegar 
Broccoli or Brussel Sprouts
Cabbage
Cilantro
Green Onion
Bell Pepper
Spring Mix
Cucumber
Furikake or Seaweed Snack
Optional: Shrimp Tempura or Boiled Egg

Directions:
1. Frozen Udon - Boil water first. Then, cook udon for 30 seconds and drain. 
2. If you are going to eat any of the optional ingredients, prepare them and add at the end. 
3. Chop vegetables. It is best to chop cabbage and carrots as finely as possible. 
4. Air fry Broccoli or Brussels Sprouts (Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste or Johnny’s Seasoning).
5. Sprinkle Furikake and crumble seaweed snack.
6. Lightly drizzle 2 TBSP of Sesame Dressing per serving and 1 TSP of Balsamic Vinegar (don’t over dress it).
7. Top it off with 1-2 teaspoons of Jowa Jowa Korean Chili to taste and serve!
